Maintaining our dedication to pursing the ultimate quality in engine experiences and customer support, Tohatsu America Corporation has surpassed the marine industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award benchmark for the third year in a row in the outboard engine category.
Presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the CSI awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction, pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers, and rate a standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher customer satisfaction.
"It isan honor to be recognized by the NMMA for the third year in a row," says President Isami Hyuga. "It has always been important to our company that our products and dealers live up to our promise 'to deliver a smarter, more exciting boating experience.'"
As an annual participant of the CSI program, Tohatsu's focus has been to exceed its customer needs and requests. Survey results are used to assess market demands and influence product development.
